Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy – Azarbex™ Last Updated: May 2026

1. Return Window We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • If Manufacturing defect 
  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)
  • Box opining Video. 

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible

3. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care & hygiene products
  • Customised or special-order items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items without original packaging

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear box opening video to azarbexstore@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

5. Refund Process

  • Prepaid orders: Refund processed to original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer/UPI within 5–7 business days (bank details required)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated

6. Exchange Policy We offer one-time free exchange for wrong size or defective products, subject to stock availability. Raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

7. Return Shipping

  • For damaged/incorrect items: we bear the return shipping cost
  • For change-of-mind returns: customer bears the return shipping cost

8. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at azarbexstore@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason
  2. Attach video (for damaged/wrong items)
  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
