Refund policy
Refund & Return Policy – Azarbex™ Last Updated: May 2026
1. Return Window We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- If Manufacturing defect
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)
- Box opining Video.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible

3. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care & hygiene products
- Customised or special-order items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items without original packaging
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear box opening video to azarbexstore@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
5. Refund Process
- Prepaid orders: Refund processed to original payment method within 5–7 business days
- COD orders: Refund via bank transfer/UPI within 5–7 business days (bank details required)
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
6. Exchange Policy We offer one-time free exchange for wrong size or defective products, subject to stock availability. Raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
7. Return Shipping
- For damaged/incorrect items: we bear the return shipping cost
- For change-of-mind returns: customer bears the return shipping cost
8. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at azarbexstore@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason
- Attach video (for damaged/wrong items)
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
