❌ Cancellation Policy – Azarbex™

1. Order Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched yet.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In that case, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via:

  • Support Hours: Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST

Please include your Order ID and reason for cancellation in your message.

3. Refund on Cancellation

  • Prepaid orders: Full refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • COD orders: No payment collected, so no refund applicable. Order will simply not be dispatched.

4. Cancellation by Azarbex™

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

  • Product out of stock or unavailable
  • Incorrect pricing due to technical error
  • Suspected fraudulent transaction
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

In such cases, you will be notified via email/SMS and a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders already dispatched or out for delivery
  • Customised or special-order items
  • Orders placed during special sale events (where noted at checkout)
